Check Your Inbox: When you purchase a pre-order item, you’ll receive an email right after checkout with important pre-order details. We’ll keep you updated throughout the production process with emails at key milestones: halfway through production, when the products leave our manufacturer, and once they arrive at our studio and we begin shipping your order. These updates will be sent to the email address you used at checkout, so be sure to keep an eye on your inbox.
Shipping Timeline: Pre-order items typically ship within 6-10 weeks. Pre-orders will not arrive before the holidays. Be sure to check our production updates for more specific shipping dates.
Combined Orders: If you order other items along with a pre-order, all items will be shipped together once the pre-order arrives. If you need any items sooner, we recommend placing a separate order for those.
