At Coco Clem, some products are available for preorder, meaning they are not ready to ship immediately. If an item is a preorder, it will be clearly indicated in the product title & listing.

When you purchase a preorder item, you will receive an email confirmation with important details, followed by updates at key points in the production process, including when the order is halfway through production, when it leaves our manufacturer, and when it arrives at our studio for shipping. These updates will be sent to the email address used at checkout.

Preorder items typically ship within 6-10 weeks, but this timeframe may change if there is an issue or delay with manufacturing. If that happens, I will communicate any changes and keep you informed.

If you purchase an in-stock item along with a preorder item, the entire order will ship together once the preorder item is ready. If you need in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing a separate order.

Our jewelry is made from 316L jewelry grade stainless steel and 18k gold plated with a PVD coating and/or enameled.

Jewelry pieces that are both 18k gold plated and PVD coated are generally more durable compared to those with only one type of coating.

While no jewelry is completely immune to wear, the combination of gold plating and PVD coating significantly reduces the risk of tarnishing, scratches, and fading, ensuring that the jewelry retains its beauty and shine for years to come.

316L stainless steel is a high-quality grade of stainless steel known for its durability, corrosion resistance, and hypoallergenic properties. It is commonly used in jewelry making due to its strength and ability to withstand everyday wear.

Yes, 316L stainless steel is hypoallergenic, making it an excellent choice for those with sensitive skin or metal allergies. It is unlikely to cause irritation or allergic reactions. That being said, you know your body best, and if your skin is highly reactive I would only wear implant grade jewelry.

316L stainless steel typically contains trace amounts of nickel (the least amount of any other stainless steel), but it is considered hypoallergenic for most people. However, individuals with severe nickel allergies may still experience a reaction to it. To prolong the life of your gold plated pieces, remember these tips:

• Take off your jewelry before swimming, showering, or applying lotions, perfumes, and cleaning with harsh chemicals.
• Remove jewelry before getting a manicure or having your hair treated.
• Don't use jewelry cleaner on plated items.
• Save the box your Coco Clem jewelry comes in for safekeeping.

Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days for non pre-order items. Once your order has left our studio, it should arrive within 2 to 5 days to U.S. addresses and within a few weeks for international addresses. All international orders are sent via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. While we prioritize USPS for its reliability, extended tracking may not always be available, and delays can occur. Please note that buyers are responsible for customs duties and taxes upon arrival.
