At Coco Clem, responsible manufacturing is non-negotiable. We exclusively collaborate with vendors who uphold the highest standards, verified through third-party audits and certificates (SEDEX and/or BSCI, ISO 9001, FSC, GRS, SRS). Committed to social, ethical, and environmental integrity, our partners undergo routine inspections to ensure compliance. Additionally, we only produce in small batches, minimizing excess product and waste and overproduction.

If the product item is labeled as a pre-order, here are things you need to know:
Check Your Inbox: When you purchase a pre-order item, you’ll receive an email right after checkout with important pre-order details. We’ll keep you updated throughout the production process with emails at key milestones: halfway through production, when the products leave our manufacturer, and once they arrive at our studio and we begin shipping your order. These updates will be sent to the email address you used at checkout, so be sure to keep an eye on your inbox.
Shipping Timeline: Preorder items typically ship within 6-10 weeks, but this timeframe may change if there is an issue or delay with manufacturing. If that happens, I will communicate any changes and keep you informed. Be sure to check our production updates for more specific shipping dates.
Combined Orders: If you order other items along with a pre-order, all items will be shipped together once the pre-order arrives. If you need any items sooner, we recommend placing a separate order for those.
